We want you to be satisfied with your CELPIL purchase. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain beauty, cosmetic, hair, personal-care, and body-shaping products may be final sale once opened, worn, tried on, or used.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect should be reported promptly after delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos when contacting us.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
